Donnie served in the U.S. Navy as an Operation Specialist for five years and ten years at NNSV (Inspection Department) on Submarines and Carrier Projects.

For twenty-two years at TSI, he has shown his love and dedication to the mission of this company by “putting people to work, and doing the right thing every day.” In his twenty-two years of working here, he is now in charge of training individuals on the most up-to-date TSI policies, he tours all of our job sites for his safety evaluations, and he is always making sure that our associates are working in a safe environment. Donnie has developed greatly in his career because of his hard work and passion, his expertise of shipyard safety has increased tremendously.

So now if there’s anything that you would need to know about the shipyards or how to stay safe in the shipyards, Donnie is the man to go to. He is certified as a Occupational Safety and Health Administration Maritime 10hr Instructor, Competent Person, TSI certified Trainer in Respirator Fit, Firewatch Preventer, Confined Space and Fall Protection. Additionally, he has played such a huge role in the success of Tidewater Staffing because he has trained people to work safely, he has significantly reduced the amount of injuries at our job sites.
