Happy Work Anniversary, Sean!

1. How long have you been working for Tidewater Staffing?
   1. I have been working here since 2008, so this is my 12^th anniversary with the company.
2. What is your favorite thing about working for Tidewater Staffing?
   1. My favorite thing about the company is that I get to watch people learn and grow in many different ways. This company really gives people opportunities that they probably would not have gotten traditionally.
3. What has been a defining moment for you while working here?
   1. A defining moment for me here at Tidewater was the 1^st check-in that I performed for one of our clients. It was the 2^nd week on the job for us in working with this particular company and we were able to get many painters processed and out to work. When I finally got them on the job, they all just had a certain look of gratitude for the opportunity. It was a great feeling to be a part of.
4. Can you describe all of your roles within the company?
   1. I have many roles here within the company, but it is important to note that I am in the Sales department as the Vice President of Production.
5. How do you feel that you have grown since you have started working here?
   1. I used to have an issue with delegating tasks to my team members. The President of the company really instilled the importance of task delegation as it was a component of trust and synergy. Now, I have truly grown in being able to divide the work load among the team members.
