Here are some tips:
- Drink 4 cups of water every hour.
- Drink before you feel thirsty.
- Drinks with alcohol, caffeine, and sugar can cause dehydration.
- Wear light-weight, light-colored, and loose-fitting clothes.
- Take breaks in the shade often.
